The Giddy Goat Coffeehouse was established in 2005 by Oliver Amick and was purchased by Ben Bell II and Jennifer (Dugas) Bell in January 2008, and carries on the tradition of serving the best fresh roasted coffee in the area!

Ben is a 2009 graduate from St. Louis Community College at Forest Park; he received an A.A.S. degree in Hospitality Studies with a specialty in Culinary Arts.  Jennifer is a 2010 graduate from Missouri University of Science and Technology; she received a degree in Philosophy with dual minors in Criminal Justice and Psychology.

The Giddy Goat Coffeehouse is a small individual coffee house located at 205 West 11th Street in downtown Rolla, MO.  The Goat is a stones throw from the south-east corner of Missouri University of Science and Technology’s campus.  The Giddy Goat is a micro-roaster specializing in small batches of coffee beans from around the world.   We serve the freshest coffee as well as fresh espresso based beverages, smoothies, Italian sodas, house originals such as Nuclear Waste and Karmel Sutra and many other tasty beverages.  We have travelers come from all over the world just to try our house espresso blend, Espresso Angelico.  We offer a light lunch menu and feature daily specials Monday through Friday.

If you are looking for a relaxing place to check e-mail and sip a super caffeinated drink or a fun place to hang out and chat with friends, stop in and see us!

We are proud to serve Rolla and the entire Midwest region and promise to continue our brainstorming to bring you the best food and drink menus that we can!
